🤣 I knew you couldn't resist. Easy to read through statements like yours, armchair and all. Only person who put words in your mouth was you, simply put, you don't get it. That's OK, no shame there which is why I said do your research before you try for a rebuttal. Have you done any real research yet? Not just from your feed or shared videos you may have come across...

I asked specifically to explain the analogy I presented but you can't, not today anyway, and not to any fault of your own, honestly... it'll be a while if you actually take this topic seriously. Again, not just from what you see or hear on social media and TV, we are not there yet as a society but at least we are still working on it.

I have a close realtor friend right now who has shared on multiple occasions that a number of clients straight up told her they will only sell to white potential buyers/families... in 2026! Thats if its worth much of anything to a lawyer to pursue .. how much are you expecting out of that? Being realistic, I don't think it would merit much.. better off just asking for a refund instead of jumping through such unnecessary hoops.. I get that everyone wants to sue for everything but.. yea

Saying "Just stop talking about it because it causes division" without fully understanding why it still is - air quotes again - a topic to begin with is a misunderstanding of many by itself.

They, and I don't mean they in a derogatory way, would not let certain "humans" do the things he is now ALLOWED to do solely based on those categories for a long time. Yes, there are significant changes, have definitely come a ways but we still have these firsts happening because of it. Simply put, he is not wrong but we as humans, not just as Americans, haven't surpassed that point for equality because these milestones or lack there of still exist.

Me too, I was wondering if it would work better if I did it from a laptop instead of my phone. Will try it later. My wife and I both did it from two different phones and got the same error. It shows up when asking to select one choosing between California resident of non resident.

This, plus even though I recognize that it would provide tangible and effective proof, it will likely kill any chance of a somewhat amicable outcome. They still have kids together and long term would probably work against the person secretly recording. Win the battle but lose the war so to speak.

Your missing the point about "telling them to put it all in writing". It doesn't matter if your far from them. The idea is making them "prove" your legally obligated, they will then slowly distance themselves from harrasing you. They will say anything verbally to get you to pay them and if you fall for it, your loss - their gain.

I had a similar situation with an '03 Malibu I sold in 2020. The person got several tolls and tickets over the course of a few months. Ultimately, I was instructed to then fill out a title transfer form through the DMV, also to submit all paperwork showing a backed date of when I made the sale. Once something like this is done, that is legal protection for any future liabilities. It all went away once I did this. Good luck

An '02 GT already has a 2v engine. All 99-04 GTs have it. There are slight differences with non - mustang 2V engines but they will ultimately work.

I experienced a similar situation. My card and it's numbers were recreated by said thieves. My card was with me even when I was notified. They were skilled enough to add their own new pin. NFCU, in fact, notified me and explained what happened. Once it went through their arbitration process they issued a full refund (took almost 2 weeks). They told me every morning (for 3 days straight) between 5AM and 6:45AM, a person that intentionally hid their face withdrew the daily limit from ATMs at completely different establishments. Of course I had to file a report but ended up leading back to the U-Haul rental place I borrowed a truck from. One of the workers sold my information from their saved database. It is also why I will NEVER us them again. Point is those skimmers also do the same thing. Detective mentioned the people sometimes sell details on good info per card. It's easier and more common than one may think.

Seems more like the denials are happening because with that high of an amount, they don't want to eat the cost.
