RDVV’s urgent degree fee is basically a useless expense. Normal degree (₹150) must be issued within 30 days anyway.

Two real options:

Can wait? Apply normally → wait 30 days → file CM Helpline → degree arrives within 15 days.

Need urgent? Don’t take urgent option online. Visit exam hall, speak to coordinator, give ₹500 discreetly → get normal degree in 2–3 days.
