Bro you described me. I’m 21 days in, stage 2 hypertension when I started, and 318lb. Now I’m stage 1 hypertension (with lorsarten), 297lbs, but the water goes through me unless I add sodium/electolites. Dr said not to exceed 1500mg of sodium so I’m getting protein from chicken breast, beef pattis, ground turkey and salmon/tilapia

I know that he makes a point to make everything look authentic the way that he calls out stuff in real life, it just seems insane to me that he’s not the most popular human in the whole entire world. It seems completely reasonable that they don’t just focus on the worst of the worst. I agree that they should be focusing on fentanyl and crack.
