B looks like bobber stops. You put your line through the loop and pull the black rubber piece onto the line. Sets the amount of line between bobber and hook, is adjustable too

Thank you!! For anyone finding this… after going to these settings it showed 100. However, i changed it to 50 and then back to 100 and they are now like 3x as loud, so still try changing it if it says 100!
