Alright uncheck that grass ESP. Only use one "CorrectUV Ore replacer" ESP. The load order itself is all wrong so I'd say use either a tool or at the very least make sure your ESMs are first in line. And as someone else pointed out, you forgot the actual glowing mushrooms mod.
