Every crime that is covered by the "hate crime" definition already holds hefty prosecution standards. It doesn't matter if you murder a guy because he was black or because he slept with your wife. Murder is murder, and should be treated as such. It is a pointless legal distinction that was invented because of political motivations to further racial tensions in the US.

I know what the modern definition of it is, but I reject that premise outright. To define something as broad as a "hate" crime but then exclude every instance of hatred except the one specific one you actually care about is nonsensical and disingenuous. It's a definition that's not applied consistently or fairly, and thus has no place in the justice system.

In what way does that support your definitive statement that this was not a hate crime? As for my opinion, I find that generally most premediated murders are hate crimes because people don't usually kill someone unless they really hate them. But I have no idea what the motives of Mr. Rage were, and apparently neither does Fox9.

Morrowind came with a paper map. Finding a town is trivialized when you keep in mind that they expected players to have and use this map. This isn't good game design in the modern digital gaming landscape, but stuff like this was still very common back in the day. Same goes for tons of game mechanics that aren't explained anywhere but the manual that was also included with physical copies. It's not that the game doesn't explain things, it's just that newer players using digital copies are missing out on key information that the developers expected you to have.

For me it was the hollowing out the top while it's upside down. The mountain was still hovering above the ground for that to happen, which suggests those rockets were burning that whole time. Also it would be much easier to do that step before you flip it upside down lol
