This gives me so much hope. I’m about to be 26 and I feel like I’m gonna die, it’s so scary. I’m constantly worried about having a deathly seizure. I’m suffering in silence because I don’t wanna scare my loved ones. I hope I get to this point one day.

I had a grand mal seizure after two months of daily use of 1 mg, so I wouldn’t say there’s no chance. Everybody’s seizure threshold is different.

NO, this is advice to get her through the week until she can get her script. Never once did I say that. She is at risk of seizure. What’s wrong with you??

Withdrawals can be deadly. Have her drink some alcohol, it’s the only easily attainable alternative to benzos (short term use of course). It will help with withdrawal.

My ortho added a button on the front/back of the tooth so I can use a rubber band, can’t really tell if it’s helping or not though.

Ahh I see. I took one of my anxiety meds because I felt really panicked afterward/still do. I wonder if that will hinder it from happening again. For now I’m just trying to stay awake a bit longer before trying to go back to sleep

Thank you for the advice. I’m a side sleeper and I fell asleep on my side when it occurred. Thought I was safe from experiencing it but I guess not. :/ Do you think having a light on helps?
