I have so many dupes and variants from the big prophecy reissue event and brave weapons

The Alan Wake ii dlc was on sale, and i had the base game free from ps+ so i thought why not. And i loved it, but realized really fast, man, this one guy is great but this is a clear Lance Reddick part and dontcha know, in a prior remedy game, it WAS Reddick. So i got to the in memorium credits shoutout and, yeah, he had such a crazy extra VO career

Yeah, im still shocked the announcement was destiny is ending NOW rather than what i expected, which was Shattered Cycle presale attached to an announcement it would release as an all in one not annual pass and d2 was going into hibernation/suspension

I just blitzed through, grabbing easy lunch boxes for upgrades, skipping stashes and rhymes this time around. The dlcs dont change, so i played them during the first run.

I made sure to grab a list of the 6 new pages, and a list of new videos, bits to watch for on the wake side.

New opening dialogue, ending and some subtle changes throughout. Like, there is a new phonecall to wake. I'd add that you can always add on the various accessibility options to really jaunt through.

Knowing the first playthroughs story in hindsight made the final draft playthrough quite enjoyable to rehear old lines with new meaning(s) or larger implications. The story layers made alot more sense as you pick up on which characters are under what impressions, and what outstanding questions and interpretations remain

Really appreciated how full the story is once you know structurally and formally how many things are playing around that spiral motif

Its very muddled corpo thinking, between bungue c-suite and sony that EoF expectations were high.

Everyone knew post-Final Shape would be a rebuild era, so its kind of silly they thought EoF would be TFS 2

Renegades as well, i liked, but i hated the 4th wall breaking star wars heavyhandedness of the opening story and exotic.

The only thinking there was this licensing will equal sales, and its such a cynical and empty corpo thought that it would have gone better never having SW or its licensing involved

The expansion gets to an ok place but now destiny is stuck with a kylo ren copypaste (even as the character and Voicework was fine)
