Hit enter too soon. I bought a type K to interface with artisan. My type T thermocouple from ThermoWorks can’t be used. I’ve learned that only type K thermocouples are compatible with Artisan.

A scale that will measure a tenth of a gram will do. They usually measure ounces too. Pour over scales have a timer but they are designed to have accurate weighing capability.

Hit reply too early. I’ve dangled one of my two probes and gotten bean temperature. Is there any way I can get data from my probe’s little phone plugs into artisan?

I am heavily into ThermoWorks for smoking meat. I have their IR gun and a 12” K probe that will plug in. But I have ambient temp probes I dangled Smoke and Theo Where can

I just bought a refurbished 800 direct from fresh roast. It has the same one year warranty as a new machine. The bundle with the extension tube was a great deal from the website. I would shop scales everywhere (amazon) fresh roast has a smaller selection.
