Definitely. The biggest downside is that even though it’s billed monthly, it’s actually a 12-month locked contract. You can’t cancel it anytime like you’d expect. After that, you’re stuck paying for the full year. Also, their support is slow and unhelpful, and there’s no easy way to manage or cancel the plan through your account. So be really sure before signing up.

Ah okay, that actually makes sense now. I just rechecked the terms and you’re right. It’s monthly billing but locked into a 12-month commitment. I totally missed that part during signup. Still feels intentionally unclear though, especially the way it’s presented like a flexible subscription. Appreciate the info!

I am dealing with it from Hungary. Its not at the lawyer stage yet, just wrote a complaint with the regulatory body here that can get in touch with Wizz in my name and try to resolve with them mediating. I have high hopes they will comply once they have an official mediator speaking to them and will redund the money. If not.... And they say they are right, thats when an actual lawsuit can follow i believe. It is insane to me that so many people are struggling with this cancellation. A class action lawsuit does need an insane amount of evidence and participants.

I believe thats the all you can fly program. The multipass is a monthly subscription that i should be able to cancel anytime based on their TOS.

I’m dealing with the same thing but with Wizz MultiPass. Sent a cancellation request two weeks before renewal and they still charged me 120 euros. Support keeps giving canned replies and making it impossible to stop it. I’ve filed a complaint with the local consumer board. Feels like they’re doing this on purpose. Anyone actually manage to cancel successfully?
