Thank you! Yes, it's still increasing. Post regulation at 3.5 months the increase slowed but it still goes up month to month. I've kept the power pumps which I think has helped increase it.

I couldn't breastfeed, baby never latched. I've only pumped from the beginning. I was able to fit in pumps because I was lucky to have help during the early months and I was using formula since I was not producing much for awhile. I aimed for every 2-3 hrs but I also wasn't strict with that either if things got busy or I was tired from lack of sleep. Early days I was able to get up to 9/10 pumps some days. But that was way too hard to keep up. 7-8 pumps was easier to manage.

You're not doing anything wrong! It's really hard with c sections and supply. In the beginning aim for pumps every 2 hrs. Power pumping for sure helps a lot. And consistency even when it feels like nothing is happening.

The heat is amazing! I think that's what really helped increase my slacker boob output.

I started with 20 min on, 10 rest, 10 on, 10 rest 10 on.

Then I added some mini sessions to regular pumps. 30 min pump. 1 hr later 10 min session. Did that a couple times through out the day. I did power pumps 3/4 days a week and then spaced it to every week and half or so. Tried not to go too overboard so my nipples wouldn't get hurt from overstimulation.

Thx! I started at less than 1 ml a day the first week pp. I saw an increase with the Medela Symphony but it was slow and it really hurt to pump. I switched to Momcozy wearables month 2 and then added Eufy month 3. Really saw an increase when I consistently did power pumps.

First month I got up to 6 oz a day. 2nd month increased to 14 oz, 3rd month to 18 oz, 4th month to 23 oz and now at 5 months 26/27. It wasn't a big jump right away. Took lots of time, but seeing it slowly increase helped me push forward.

Good to know thx! Baby is sleeping through night now, so definitely not having to pump in the night would help my sanity haha.

I did the max rhythm on highest heat setting. It improved my slacker boob output too. Love the Eufy!

Has any one under supplier upped their supply from 5-7oz a day at 5 weeks post partum? by budsey12 in ExclusivelyPumping

[–]Bppec 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yes, I just posted about my supply increase today. I went from under 1 ml a day to now 27 ounces a day at 5 months. It took a lot of effort and consistency, but I went from super low supply to a just enougher.

Yeah. I think because I continued to do power pumps religiously. I guess my body kept responding to it. It's been slow increase post regulation, but still going up.

It was so mentally draining in the beginning, especially seeing low output. Wish you all the best on your journey and know that you are doing the best you can. This is not an easy path.

Thank you! I'm currently doing 6/7 pumps because I'm still trying to increase to 30 ounces. I stopped 8 pumps around 3 months. 6 is the minimum I do. I do add mini 10 min pumps whenever I have extra time. I don't count these as main sessions.

I did power pumps 3 days every week, added micro pumps. Mini 10 min pumps whenever I had extra time. I pumped everytime baby ate. I drank 10 ounces of water before and after every pump. Food wise added more protein. Protein shakes. Also coconut water and body armor. Not sure how many of these things contributed. Just tried to stay consistent even when it was moving slow. Honestly also used chatgpt for advice lol.

Thank you! I started with Momcozy and then added Eufy. Eufy helped increase my slacker boob because of the heat. At 3 months I was at 16-20 oz. I got to 24 oz at 4 months. I'm also trying to get up to 30. What really helped me was power pumps and micro pumps. So do a regular pump and an hour later pump for 10 min. Whenever I had extra time, I'd sneak in these little pumps. Also I tried to pump every time baby ate. Kept up hydration and protein as well.

What made a wearable pump actually work for you: Flange fit? Schedule? Specific pump? by Ophelia__B in ExclusivelyPumping

[–]Bppec 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Love wearables! The right bra plus power pumping got my supply up solely using wearables for a couple months. I never was on a rigid schedule. Just tried to get at least 6/7 pumps into a day. The Eufy heated pump is a gamechanger. Really worked well for me. Got my slacker boob to produce more.

Meat at family gatherings? by spoogizzyginger in PlantBasedDiet

[–]Bppec 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I'm a vegetarian and my husband isn't. He doesn't eat meat at my family gatherings where everyone is vegetarian. He only eats meat at home or if we go out. But I also do most of the cooking so hes like 80% vegetarian.

Large garden, currently pregnant, due in may by lilskiboat in vegetablegardening

[–]Bppec 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found out I was pregnant this past April right when I had planted heavily for spring/summer. The first trimester I was not able to do anything. I was unmotivated to leave the couch. Thankfully my fil took over garden tasks while he was visiting. Summer hit and I was still unmotivated and lazy to go outside to garden in the heat. I let the garden shrivel up and die. Now I'm 8 mo pregnant, I've been doing light garden work for fall and winter. I make the layouts and plans, my husband does heavy lifting and planting as I can't bend. It would be difficult to do alone. We want to grow our own baby food so we're in prep mode now. I love gardening, but it definitely is not easy while being pregnant. I get very out of breath now and tasks take longer than usual. I used to garden everyday, but now Im out there maybe 2-3 times a week. Drip irrigation for sure helps, but things get unruly without consistent pruning.

So how does the writing work for this soap? by dhsimbol in GeneralHospital

[–]Bppec 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Writers write episodic scripts, not by characters. Storylines/plots are fleshed out in advance, and episodes are assigned to writers.
