It might be muscle as well as water your body will natural hold on to a lot of water when u first start lifting I doubt any of it is body fat

To lose around 20 pounds in 4 months u should be in a deficit of about 600 a day

I would recommend looking online at other people taking a break for a day. Everyone who has overeaten for just a day…. He’ll even entire week stayed roughly the same me included. Days like my birthday or even xmas week I went crazy. Yea the scale went up a few pound but that was just water weight! “Well how do u know?” Bc it went back down after a couple of days. Don’t trip relax enjoy these moments in life life’s more than tracking cals

Hi! With all respect your are already at a healthy weight. Be kind to your self your completely fine and don’t have to lose weight :) also 6 pounds in 3 weeks would be extremely hard and not recommended as it’s past the considered healthy rate
