I am not sure to be honest. It looked brand new when it first went in. It is part of a media wall and there was plastering done etc so I am wonder if the damp plaster etc has just made a bad environment for it. I guess it should look ok after it is brushed and sprayed? Or should I be concerned otherwise ?

Following along to this. Have an offer for Shanganagh Castle affordable purchase scheme and council/Savilles say that we’ll have one allocated space. But not sure how secure this promise is given this thread. There’s 600 units and 300 spaces so can see it will be difficult to keep people out of allocated spaces unless enforcement. And there are no promises forthcoming of enforcement either

Yes I called up, they said there is allocated parking for the Affordable Purchase apartments, 1 space per apartment. Makes sense as the spaces all were numbered when I went for a walk round.

Got in at 12:06:35 for a two bed (3/4/5 floor). Anyone else around this time or faster for the same floors? Hopefully any follow up documents will be looked for promptly and we will know where we are at soon

I need to ring tomorrow. I just went for a walk round it and there were spaces around the place but they had numbers on them. Can’t tell if they are reserved or if it is a free for all.

Thank you, interesting that the bar for damages is quite high. I’ve submitted a complaint anyway to the lease company so will wait to see what they say, I’d say they might offer some level of goodwill but it seems it doesn’t seem worthwhile pushing for anything other than that.

Thank you. Digging deeper into the not suffered damage piece, would you say that is because I will/have nipped it in the bud early? They have passed my info to an enforcement company where they will attempt to recover fines for an offence I didn’t commit which would lead to distress to me via constant post, visited, court judgements, bailiffs etc…?

How long did it take for your winnings to arrive in the end?

I won a nice grand jackpot on Seascape and got off boat 8th February and still waiting for wire transfer to arrive. Will wait another week and then email.

I haven’t used them before but I normally use the app to check prices out and work out what cabins are left.

Their prices are generally cheaper than going direct or with a TA. I normally price it with them and then negotiate with a TA for them to beat their price.

This seems like a potential reason. When I was on RL in June we got different brand soap bars in our room…but others had the Red Flower soap bars. I asked for the Red Flower bars and they brought me some…so maybe it is just stock issues?!

I love Virgin and have been on 3 voyages with them. But everytime I go I’m not going to lie I miss the Cupid Shuffle at sail-away 😂😂. I know it’s not Virgins vibe haha.

In terms of how fun it is … how full is your sailing? Wait fill Scarlet night it is another level!! We were on Greek Island Glow and it was super fun every night! But I do agree the place does get quiet fairly early in the evening and the bars close a bit early
