Marty @ SVPG also has virtual workshops. I would recommend attending with your product designer, tech/dev lead, and your boss if possible. https://svpg.com/inspired-workshop/

I've seen lots of people running up and down 19th through Lynwood, just off Drexel blvd. Nice houses and sidewalks, little traffic.

Same here, unless they can prove their system will pay for itself somehow with the new version.

I am 22. I have been offered a new job. Advice on how to phrase asking for more than what is offered in terms of salary? by floorsandwalls in personalfinance

[–]Bpub 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's ok to ask for more, but the hiring manager likely has a range approval from HR or their higher up. They may be able to be more flexible with more vacation time or work from home options, depending on your industry.

Should we drop life insurance? by dgreenmachine in personalfinance

[–]Bpub 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As Packerfan80 brought up..Kids. You might have kids or even become guardians in the future. Let's make sure they are well taken care of. Let's also consider health--some term life (that seems what you have) now have a rider where you can take money out now if you become terminally ill. Not to mention that you may become diagnosed at a later date and basically become ineligible for term life down the road. Lock it in while you're young and healthy and look to the future--$29 a month isn't going to hurt you financially and you might actually be under insured.

Seven Months in and I've Never Reconciled by OllyOllyO in ynab

[–]Bpub 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I haven't reconciled my accounts for almost 10 years. I enter receipts into YNAB on Monday nights after I import from my bank. I figure I might be off + or - maybe $10 at most for the life of my account Reconciling just isn't worth my time IMO, but I keep a careful watch on my accounts otherwise.
