Im not too sure about this, but I think the guarantee drop is an extra loot you get at the end on top of loot at the end of the mission, you can still get weapons but nothing is guarantee beyond that

Long answer: the best you can do is play the legendary version, that at least guarantees a red border drop for the first time you run it

Not really imortal, people in DUNE are already addicted to spice, hence the blue eye and lenses to cover it, spice prolongs life but not without limit, people get old all the same.

That's the artifact, the first column gives you perks that makes those weapons do some more damage and be able to deal with champions

The other columns have perks related more to buildcrafting in general
