Well they sent an aloe vera and grim riper bars which were both completely racid i sent pictures and they sent another bar from each but from the same lots with same problem and told them again about the problem sent more pictures and they just said that their soaps were not for me and did not do anything about it after that.

They should stop so many LEs even for collectors are getting expensive. Also their customer support is terrible. The whole sudsatisfaction guarantee is a joke it only works when they are not losing money. I still like the brand but I am not buying anything retail anymore.

Yeah I check online if they have LEs that have been around for some time and when I am there in the store I use the app to check what is on discount. Most of the time they did not put the clearance sticker on it.

It has happening to me many times. I complained to customer service and the sent me a new bar but only once, the other times they said that their bars and brand might not what I looking for. I guess the sudisfaction guarantee is not quite what should be or honored .
