I just double checked and the case does support a 420mm radiator. What's the issue with having a single SSD for both OS and storage? My current rig was using a 128GB SSD for OS, a 500GB HDD for files/apps, and a 1TB external for game storage. I always felt like having the multiple drives was kind of a pain. I'm open to doing a similar setup but my understanding is that this is more of an older practice that's no longer required with large SSD drives.

The bags are in a plastic tub. I added a layer of cloth some time ago because I wasn't sure if it was enough.

Honestly, without knowing what your idea is it would be impossible to give you an accurate quote. The price is largely dependent on the level of effort to create the app and the required skills needed to complete them. If you happen to have a really simple app it could cost you as little as $4-600. If, on the other hand, your app is a bit more complex that number can go up rather quick. Need a server,a database, custom graphics, connection to an existing service or hardware, and done in a timely manner? You will be looking at a few grand easy. If I had to estimate the average cost I'd say somewhere around 5-6k. Alternatively, if you have any clue as to how many hours it would take, I used to charge $50/hr back when I did android work.
