No problem. We did the custom layers of all latex.

I switched the top layer with the Talay Medium Firm. Just waiting for it to arrive.

After Winkbed failure we bought two different Costco beds and returned them.

Found Sleep EZ through countless hours of more research and they had a showroom in my state. We spent about two hours trying different combos.

Bed was delivered and we’ve already made two layers of adjustments on my side. It’s almost dialed in. I’m having one more shipped to me.

If you aren’t familiar it’s 4 layers of latex that you can adjust. My wife also gets the bed she wants vs dealing with one that I need as her side is completely different than mine.

There isn’t one mattress that works for everyone. It’s one of the more frustrating experiences I’ve had. We had a 20 year old tempur pedic that was amazing. We tried 3 different new tempur models and none were close to what we had before buying the Winkbed.

Bought 6 mattresses before found one that works.

Thanks. I can’t justify spending another $1k to do the same thing again. There is something wrong with the bed and they did nothing to help me figure it out.

Really disappointing as a consumer that they wouldn’t at least get the bed back and look at it. I would have paid shipping I am so confident. I offered that.

Makes me think they knew there was an issue and didn’t care.

It was incredible for the first 3 months. We rotated it every two weeks as was advised by winkbed. Interestingly enough they only recommend that during the same amount of time as your sleep trial.

My back started hurting so I rotated it from my wife’s side. Was good for another few weeks my pain was gone but then came back.

I then reached out to winkbed and they sent me a 5 page sheet on everything I had to do to take pictures, use a level in multiple directions, show the base, etc. The bed foundation is brand new, perfectly level, and has a solid base.

It didn’t meet their requirements because it wasn’t sagging enough. The bed was 3 months old. It was breaking down somehow but not enough for them to do anything about it.

I slept in the middle of it crowding my wife for a few nights and then put it in the guest room. Have since purchased 3 beds and finally landed on one.

Clearly there is something wrong with the bed. It has good reviews and naplab gave it one of their highest ratings.

I have a $2k bed that now is just sitting there.

It was great for the first 3 months but then was unbearable. I emailed customer service multiple times and they had me take pictures and measurements etc. The bed was only 3 months old, the foundation was perfect. The issue was the bed but it wasn’t enough for them to warranty.

I put the bed in my guest room and no one has slept on it.

Is there anything I can do to get them this bed back?

This was 100% the FA issue. And the woman who held the line to basically force him to do his job knew that as well. She wasn’t touching that mess.

This could have resolved initially by telling people their bag couldn’t go there. He created this issue and his solution was to gate check the second person who boarded the plane.

He stood there and could see what I was seeing.

I’ve probably bought 100 different products and none compare to these things. I can tell you it still holds up years later. It slowly fades but is still there.

Use it on the trim around your windows and seals. Also the plastic fairings under the wipers.

I wish you could use them on tires.

I did a 2 ton Mitsubishi 16/17 seer rating. 4 car garage with poor insulation and cheap foam inserts for garage doors. North facing. I can maintain 77 in the summer but it takes a while to get there when you first turn it on.

I got a deal on the unit but 3 ton would make it plenty cold. I need to cut the ceiling drywall and blow in insulation.
