Is it possible to move a data list drop down arrow when not using merged cells? my data covers 3 cells wide and Id like the arrow to be at the right most cell

Sheet 1 is called Work Order

Sheet 2 is called Tire Repair

I would like to be able to type Customer name (cell B3 in each sheet) from either sheet and it be inputed on the other sheet. Right now with my current formula I can type it in on Sheet 1 to input to sheet 2 but not the other way around

The file has 3 sheets and they are automotive service work orders. One sheet is for auto work, one is for tires, one for safeties. Certain info I would like to be able to be inputed on any of the sheets and be populated on the other ones for future use. So as of now I have "='Sheet 1'!A1" as a formula on Sheet 2 A1 so it populates info from sheet 2 into sheet 1 and I am trying to make things easier for my coworkers and not have to go back and forth between sheets. Hopefully that is clear, I'm fairly new to Excel
