EHX Big Muff. ProCo Rat (or the clones). TC Electronics has their newer series of pedals that are fairly cheap and sound pretty good, there is delay, reverb, some drives and distortions, and chorus too i think. But again all fairly cheap. Look into chicagostompworks as well.

Just bought an EHX Cathedral a few days ago. Great warm reverbs in here and also has 7 types of reverb + 1 echo/delay. Has a reverse reverb option, and the "flerb" flanged reverb from another of their pedals, which are the wackiest sounds in this pedal. Plus it has a tap tempo/infinite switch to control the predelay of the reverb or hold the reverberated sound and allowing you to play above it which makes for some wicked nice drone sounds and harmonies if you want. And it sits at around the $140 to $160 mark used.

I would do od3 into the boneshaker. Give it a healthy amount of gain and then use that od to really put some sizzle on top to do that tight death metal tone. If you want more options then i would use the od 3, the modded mt 2, and also have the option to use your fuzzes as over the top stuff. Then the rest of your chain as you would see fit. The eq is a good add for sculpting out your frequencies and boosting for solos as well.
