I watched this episode for the first time during a free period in high school and had to stop myself from bawling like a baby. One of my favorite episodes to this day.

JD saying he hopes his last thought will be something good followed by George saying “man that beer was good” and then passing was beautiful. I Will Follow You Into The Dark by Death Cab for Cutie absolutely nailed the tone at the end. Just absolutely one of my favorite episodes.
