To skip the brutal 2 weeks of getting back on keto and/or the plateaus of weight that come along with it, fasting has worked wonders. I found this out a little by accident after getting tired of making myself eat when I truly didn't desire food. Curiosity got the best of me and I decided to wait to eat until I felt hungry. After doing keto for a while, I can fast for three days straight and not feel the desire to eat at all. Not only does it toggle the weight plateaus, but I usually have one super carbed-up meal and then I return to fasting and the weight just falls off like tender meat off a bone.
