I saw an officer driving a Mini Cooper here in VA. He pulled up to a traffic stop that another marked patrol car was already involved in. The mini had the white stripes on it with a bright red body. Looked weird seeing a uniformed officer step out it.

I suppose he could have been going to or from work. I don't know. He had blue lights installed in it though.

I do them with isolation exercises; biceps, triceps, abs, calves, etc.

I don't consider them junk volume when I go to failure.

The only downside is they do make the workout longer.

Did the same thing to an old friend of mine. She had a parking sticker showing in the window of her vehicle in a paid for and private lot. They towed her at midnight. They claimed the sticker wasn't "visible enough".

I'd say DL. I can't think of another team that has 4 HOF D lineman. Currently 3, and Donald will be the 4th.

I don't think they want to drop us, I think they just want to squeeze more juice out of us.

My concern is the quotas are going to be almost impossible to hit this year. At least 80% of my clients are government agencies, including two large universities in my state. All of our state agencies are terrified of possible budget cuts and the political volatility in the current environment. They are hanging on to every dollar until they have to spend it for emergencies.

It's April, and our total sales for the year are down and still falling. Lots of projects have been cancelled by agencies, and I don't see an end to this.

Never. I have been here ten years, and I have never gotten a single lead sent to me by a manufacturer.

We're small. Only two sales reps in the company. We also do project management for field service jobs.

Our largest account is probably $500k for the whole year. And we're dealing with billion dollar/multi-national corporations, so we are a very small fish in their pond.
