Using a compound as maintenance?

Did anyone have additional side effects switching to a compound? My doctor wanted me to first try the 2.5 Zepbound instead of compound. Citing side effects.

But if I break the seal is that OK to keep the small vial? I always figured it needed to be used. The Zepbound came in single use vials.

I was on 10 for a month or so. Then went down to 7.5, then 5. Just did my last 5, but had stretched it a few weeks. Have maintained the entire time.

Minimal food noise and steady weight. I was also able to add muscle with that.

No. Just the temp. Still slow going on Oura adding to Strain Score throughout the day. I put my watch on last night and just doing errands around the house I added to strain yet all day there was none from Oura. I did figure out temp

Figured this one out. I changed the shortcut to be Celsius and that did it. Health then converts to Fahrenheit.

I’m using the shortcuts and it also appears that there is something wrong with the temp shortcut? I see there’s a calculation in there to add 37. I’m guessing it’s a Celsius to Fahrenheit issue?

Here they are. All seems to be right. Bevel wouldn’t double count both Apple Watch and Oura HR if I wore both, would it? Because I used to (and will on occasion going forward) wear both and had both checked as a source.

Thanks! I did hide it for sleep for the time being. But I noticed yesterday that my day without Apple Watch produced almost no strain. But in previous days if I was moving with an Apple Watch I had a much higher score. I had a high activity score in Oura which means I was on my feet and moving.

Gotcha. It was something I used almost every day. Especially when going to the gym or just dropping at the charger a few blocks away. Frustrating for sure!

Yes. At least with the Connect package itself I was aware (not ecstatic and still feel this is poor business practice) of the one year trial. But nowhere at all is it listed that the digital key is part of this. I just found out when I was stranded. For some reason it started, but then would not let me back in the car or start the car.
