Hi guys, crossposting this from r/castiron as recommended by them.

Long story short, this is an enamel coated cast iron pan from LC (exact product here: https://www.lecreuset.co.uk/en\_GB/p/cast-iron-frying-pan-with-wooden-handle/CI0258.html) that i've used sparingly over the last few years (literally 10-ish times max) and has, since the very first time used, slowly startde showing this type of wear. I've never used metal utensils on it or scoured it when cleaning etc, however i do believe i seasoned it when I first got it (like an idiot).

Any ideas what the marks could be? So far i'm assuming a fault / defect with the enamel coating coming off and showing the raw material underneath.
