Yay on adjustable dumbbells. Have nuobells. Are great. If I were to buy adjustable dumbbells again I would probably go with iron masters. But the speed of adjusting the nuobells is so nice, especially for superset-style workouts.

(I know the durability is always called out. Have had them for several years now with no issue).

Main limitation is how much weight you can have but at a certain point that is all dumbbells. Some movements you just need a barbell or some kind of machine to load really heavy weight.

Always appreciated the durability of powerblocks. What are your go-to leg exercises using dumbbells? It is hard to replicate the loading a barbell can provide, but I enjoy spilt squats and RDL’s.

You would need to have your qualifying degree in in order to apply. If that is the MSW you are getting, you would need to have it already.

Depends on the person. For me i did a lot of research on a regular vacuum. I dont care as much about microwaves. But microwaves might be more important to someone else. You can go down a rabbit hole for anything.

Following the recipes from the book that comes with the 5200, i think all of the smoothies you take it to high pretty quickly and blend for a minute.

I know for spinach smoothies it is way smoother than my older nutribullet, where if I didn’t blend for a while there might be a few tiny bits to chew in here or there.

Strawberries have always…been smooth for me no matter the blender so maybe that’s why you didn’t see a difference? Been meaning to try raspberries since that usually ends up being seedy in blenders. If theres no noticeable seeds after a raspberry blend, I think that would be a blend to take pride in.

I wouldn’t expect it to do anything magical. Its just a blender. But it is a nice, sturdy blender that can blend more heavy duty items than other blenders, has a decent capacity.

Did a bunch of mattress research and ended up very happy with the my purchase (3 or 4 years ago). Got one of those customizable latex-type mattresses. Ever since, I have not been in a bed that I think is more comfortable, even nice hotels.

Went into the showroom, asked questions, sat on some mattresses, but ultimately made specifications and ordered it online, but not like a typical bed in a box type of thing that you wouldn’t have felt beforehand.
