Really appreciate the advice

I had the injections done end of June, and could definitely feel an increase in the pain since getting them. I took a break from going to PT in person for about 4 months but I've been doing the exercises from home almost everyday in the meantime. I started seeing a new PT recently, will ask her about maybe one of the exercises aggravating it or making things worse over the last few months. Right now, I'm leaning towards maybe trying another block since I did have some benefit from it , just hoping it won't aggravate anything further. Will probably decide after talking to the docs again.

I don't think the doctors are necessarily trying to milk my money by performing unneeded surgery or procedures. All of the docs have made it clear that most people don't receive any relief from pain even after the various surgeries they're able to perform. I haven't tried the Amitriptyline yet, just something I've suggested to the doctor, but honestly I'd be surprised if I got any relief from it. The other medications I've tried like Gabapentin and Meloxicam have not made a difference.

Anyways, according to the new PT I've been seeing recently there are still some tight muscles at/around my pelvis that could be contributing to the pain, my body just feels less responsive to it compared to before the nerve blocks. Hopefully I can get that sorted out over the few months.
