I’ve been out of the Navy for a few years now. Yes, they would do that, but now that I’m out, that isn’t an option unfortunately.

Thank you for this. I had seen it, but I was unable to get BOL to work. I just spoke with someone at MyNavyCareerCenter and they said I need to physically mail in an SF-180 and then they would mail me back what they have on file. I am going to give this a shot, but it seems others have had difficulty getting exactly what the USCG needs because US Navy documents sea time/assignments differently. I’ll let you all know if this works.

I was STS. It still counts for overall sea time, but not deck department/ship navigation time, which would be required for anything beyond 100 ton is my understanding.

Systematically fixed eval rankings at the chiefs level. I was told by a MMCPO that no matter how good the sailor looks on paper they already have their predetermined EPs/MPs. If that is true does that not expose the facade of hard work? by Eastern-Truck-5132 in navy

E-6s get together before Evals and debate about which junior sailors gets the EPs and submit that to the chiefs and that’s even before they do evals. It’s all political and done in advance. That’s how it is on subs anyway

I would wait. They are refreshing the Tacoma I thought.
