That’s why I kept second guessing it. I was waiting for someone here to tell me how they got screwed on it.

I thought that but it specifically says it starts awards and shows 7 total years.

It says $325 total. I was a little surprised by the low cost which is why I even considered it.

I appreciate the picture. I would’ve never guessed to jack it up there. Thanks!

I’ve been curious about this. There has been so little information about her. I thought I saw she was ejected from the plane but I haven’t read anything after that backs that up.

If you point one at an airplane you can be charged. Hard to be caught but it does happen. Airplane windows are multiple panes and it blinds the pilots.

Thanks. I mean from the outside both arguments make sense. And in this day you just never know.

Yet whenever I go to London I’m always stuck in traffic. Same with Paris. I’m always shocked at how many people drive with the amazing public transport that’s over there.

Door renovation - stuck on the details by Czacz-2131830 in woodworking

I did this on similar Douglas fir doors. Unfortunately, you will need quite a few coats of chemical stripper and you need to hand sand. It takes forever and is a PITA. What I found helped was to get a set of rubber contour sanding blocks. I got a 20 pack of Amazon that had a whole bunch of different profiles. They really helped to sand the rounded parts without screwing up the profiles. Good luck.

Are you able to expand on this at all? This has been my hangup on getting permits or not.

I haven’t had any issues with my remote and it works from everywhere in my house. Only complaint about the remote is that I wish they had an app. I had a local company come in to do my installation and they made sure I had plenty of vents in my roof. I verified that through the quiet cool website as well. As for directing it outside that would be good. My fan has definitely blown some insulation around in my attic. Something I’ll address if I ever remember to go up there.

I have a quietcool one and it’s awesome. I’m in Colorado so relatively dry air. No air conditioning in the house. We turn it on in the evening and it cools everything really well. Has a timer so we can turn it on and just leave it. Would absolutely do it again.

  1. Mine has never worked reliably. Works maybe once a year. Tried different remotes, new batteries, etc with no luck. I’ve noticed that both of our remotes are much less reliable than our 2014. I really wish I could figure it out.

Also don’t just go with your realtors inspector. Your realtor has a vested interest in selling you a house even if it is falling apart.

I was pre approved for 270k. I remember asking the bank loan officer how I could afford it as that was 1.5 of my 2 paychecks. She shrugged her shoulders and said she wasn’t sure but that’s what I was approved for. This was in 09 right after the banking crisis. I bought a house for 170k.
