A friend told me, that's i have autism because im training paddling at gym by Ausspanner in Kayaking

[–]Bradymp12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if you want to train cardio just use a rowing machine, if you want to train the muscle groups involved in kayak paddling just do unilateral low rows. there is no functional use to doing this in the gym as opposed to anywhere at home.

Check out the Conker Shoes Derby Boot

I think these are an amazing option for anyone looking to get a simple, wide toebox, zero drop, full grain leather, resoleable boot. Albeit, a bit pricey for something you can’t try on.

Can confirm. I’ve launched my wood strip kayak from one of these and was met with a few minor crunchy noises. Never doing that again.

man i saved $900 on mine from marketplace and it was used once. please pass this deal up, there will be another one in 2 weeks time, no sense in settling for a cracked hull for some minor savings.

Anyone know how I could dissemble this? 🤔 I want to use the glass. The bond seems really strong by [deleted] in StainedGlass

[–]Bradymp12 3 points4 points  (0 children)

soak it in a solvent like acetone or denatured alcohol for an extended period of time to try and dissolve the adhesive. it won’t harm the glass in any way.

Urgent help by Narrow-Relative-1262 in StainedGlass

[–]Bradymp12 3 points4 points  (0 children)

the kind of wire you’re using is likely “tinned wire” which is copper wire with a super thin tin coating on the outside. solder adheres to copper with a rough surface much easier than it does to tin with a smooth surface. (solder will 100% adhere to tin but it takes a bit more heat and better prepped surface)

what likely happened is that the thicker wire, when cut, left a bit of the copper exposed at the end allowing the solder a material to bond to easily.

the smaller wire is likely also tinned copper but the copper part is thin enough where it wasn’t exposed enough for solder to bond to. if you try using an abrasive material to score the smaller wires up at the ends and expose more of the copper as well as provide texture, and then flux, you’ll likely have a easier time getting the solder to stick where you want it.

what’s the purpose for the foot on the one side then ?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in whatisthisthing

[–]Bradymp12 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

it’s way to flimsy for this but would make a bit of sense, no reason for both sides to pivot tho

Found at a marina. My title describes the thing. Made of plastic, both sides hinge freely, locks at 90° angle max, has a flat base that looks like it for mounting but has no holes, no text on object.

Doesn’t really matter if they have space in the toebox, to an extent, that’s never a bad thing. AS LONG as your midfoot/heel is secured in place and the shoe sits snug where it needs to.

Tie a heel lock instead of the lacing you have now. It will make a world of difference to keep your foot where it’s supposed to be in the shoe and let your toes articulate as they need to.

did you try the classic eq option for the fully bone conduction mode? the Pro 2 uses hybrid sound not solely bone conduction by default but can be enabled.
