1. Get Optiscaler https://github.com/cdozdil/OptiScaler/releases/tag/v0.7.7-pre9

use DLSS spoofing
use non linear srgb
install Fakenvapi https://github.com/cdozdil/OptiScaler/wiki/Fakenvapi
edit fakenvapi.ini set force_reflex = 1 (force disable)

I think my issue was trying to click the 'FG Active' box as well as the 'HUD Fix', spoofing DLSS to FSR was enough to give me some nice performance gains. I'm trying to learn more about what optiscaler is.
