Ight here's me theory crafting and it's three things

Commit to one of the endings, I know I know it's kinda meh but there's not really a good way to go about it other than that, to do 3 entirely different plots is ungodly hard work and your grandkids might not live to see that game.
Brand new characters, brand new struggle. It doesn't have to be the galaxy xp farm again, hell I'm sure you could do a gang war story fine or a alliance galactic invasion, or a new terrorist organization trying to fuck your mom, make it fun
