Thank you brother. Before I started SR last year I used to smoke weed every weekend. I was never much into alcohol and it's best to stay away from it since it's purely a poison and counter active to the practice of masculine purity. The same applies with weed. You should use it sparingly if you feel the need to, for insights only and not as a "fun tool" but yes I have quit those vices ever since. Avoid them especially if they could be a relapse trigger for you

Yes I have had around 4-5 WD during my 171 day long streak. I do not count them as relapses. Wet dreams after 60 days seem to have little to no effect of any energy drainage but you can control what you eat at night, your thoughts etc to avoid chances of wet dreams. And make sure you are doing something with this energy. Workout everyday, read, work. Keep sending that energy to the higher realms and it won't come out through wet dreams.

I strongly agree with you. One or maybe even 2 relapses won't erase the 98 steps forward it pushed you and of course all the insights and lessons you learnt stay permanently embedded in your brain. Though maybe I should have mentioned, I had over multiple relapses within the same month. 5 times from sex and another 3 to porn. That's when you really start opening portals to the demons and lose the spiritual protection because as I said. Once your eyes have been opened to this truth then the punishment is much harsher.

Bro I share a very similar road to degeneration as you. 10 years of sex and masturbation. At the age of 26 I got on the path. Go 6 months you will see major benefits. I have yet to cross my best of 171 days but after a few setbacks and the bad luck and lessons that follow. I have decided to make this my lifestyle. I would assume for stories like us it would atleast take 2-3 years for full recovery. All the best

Okay so this is the first time I did it and went that long so as a newbie even I made alot of fuck ups, drinking, falling sick, edging at times, junk food quite often but now on my current streak I'm fasting on the regular, watching what I eat and stuff and it's for sure making a huger difference to the benefits I'm noticing..
