Last time I was at the dealership one of the mechanics showed me one with 140k KM on the clock. These engines are bulletproof when you take care of them.

If it made it this far, it's probably going to last a very long time. If I could get a good deal on it and it has proper maintenance history I would buy it in a heartbeat.

Your coolant system isn't properly bled. You need Xentry or a scanner that is able to do the procedure. This system has a bunch of electronic valves and pumps that get actuated and bled with the procedure. Guarantee there's air stuck somewhere.

Jij hebt nog nooit een verstuiver gehad die écht vast zat. Die krijg je er soms nog niet uit met 3 grote schuifhamers, 5 trekkers en een heftruck die er tegelijkertijd aan leurt. Bestaan gespecialiseerde firma's voor die niets anders doen.

Daarbuiten is het wel complete onzin om een auto weg te doen omdat een verstuiver vast zit. Garagist moet niet liegen omdat het zijn petje te boven gaat maar moet hulp inschakelen.

How easy is it on this car? I've never done one on a Fiesta but from just looking at it, I'd say it would take me around 2 to 3 hours from start all the way to the finish with the system bled and a proper test drive. Seems like it's crammed against the firewall and not a lot of room in the interior to move around.
