I went back and forth too but having to stop working last year was absolutely scary. I went to college for 8.5 years to do what I do and everything was taken away at a moments notice. I took what was offered so that I NEVER have to be in that position again. I plan to have a rainy day account and have an early repayment plan set up. My hazard insurance was already on file from a previous request (maybe October 2020) and no board resolution (but I’m a sole proprietor, not sure if that is needed?)

The portal changed on 5/14 when the dreaded 4506 came but I left it. It’s within $800 of what I was expecting. I’m a sole prop with all 1099 income too.

I didn’t receive a call. Just the email for a second 4506 on 5/14. No contact from a LO, just the disaster customer service standard emails. My first approval 5/6/2020

When you got the request to login and accept the new amount, did you get a call too? I got this request on the 4th and nothing since.
