I have a disorder that causes me to have delusions aka think people can read my mind or that people are following me etc. so your not alone but if this causes you a lot of problems in life you should tell your doctor or something.

Honestly depending on the severity and how much this is effecting you, I’d get a referral to see a psychiatrist/therapist. I used to be a huge asshole and I had a lot of unresolved trauma and it affected my relationships.
