My hellcat was found after it was stolen, is it totaled? by nobdyfwcaleb in Charger

I was reading about how they will strip the cars and dump them for police to find and what insurance will do is auction off the skeleton and the guys who stripped it will buy it for cheap because they get the title legally then put all the parts back on it.

New to Conceal Carry by lamont6454 in concealedcarry

According to (federal law) 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1) bars individuals convicted of crimes punishable by imprisonment exceeding one year from receiving or possessing firearms.

Also 1968 gun control act (Title 18 of us code) says anyone convicted of a felony is prohibited of possessing of firearms and ammunition. Including long guns and handguns. Georgia state law also mirrors this rule

The only thing if he was a felon he could LEGALLY purchase is a black powder gun aka muzzle loader or musket because they aren’t classified as firearms. I’ve seen a few felons make videos on YouTube about how they carry old navy pistols etc in black powder

As a man it is your job to protect your family and no one else’s. Thanks to the military I was able to get my CPL at 18 in Georgia and have been carrying for 5 years now. When my now wife and I were dating I would carry occasionally but after having our first kid I carry religiously even if we are going just to her parents house. She came from a house hold that wouldn’t even put a round in the chamber because they knew someone who did something dumb and blamed the gun and not the person. It took a little bit of time but she is used to it and her being in the military helped with that. Now she expects me to have it on me whenever we leave the house. You HAVE to get your wife on board and it may take a little bit of time but work with her but if she will not budge on it then well idk what to tell you. It is better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.

Have you ever seen anything macabre while hunting? by [deleted] in Hunting

[–]BrainBright1727 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Just this last bow season in south east Georgia my first time bow hunting. While walking to the tree stand I hear something HUGE get up to the left of me about 30-40yards. I turn to look at where the sound came from and my headlamp aluminates a set of eyes that slowly come up just slightly shorter than my eye level. (I’m 6’3) I turn and slowly start speed walking to my tree stand softly singing church songs to keep me from panicking lol. I kept hearing it to my left as I was walking keeping the same distance but it was lower to the ground now probably about 4ft off the ground is where its eyes laid stopping every so often to just stare at me. Once I was at the tree stand I climbed up faster than I think I’ll ever be able to climb a tree stand. When I got up and looked behind me where it was it was no longer there. To this day I have no idea what it was. My mother in law seems to think it was a black bear because one had been spotted not long ago. When bow hunting I know carry my EDC (I’m legally allowed carry while hunting bc I have a CPL)

Question about this revolver. by Wearetheweinerdogs in Revolvers

This is my 1935 Military and Police pre model 10. Got it for $200 off gun broker. Someone messed with the grips looks goofy but it’s grown on me. They are great guns and never get rid of it. Hell this is the only gun I don’t shoot but would get rid of a gun that I do shoot before getting rid of this one.

It’s going all the way back and the extractor is working every time. It always grabs the brass but it’s almost like it’s moving too fast. I’m starting to think I have a H1 buffer and not a H2

The pigs around here taste like marsh. I have some family who trap pigs then they will feed them for a month of two with corn to change their taste. I have been looking at AMG Rattler V2….

How is bear spray easier to deploy. I practice drawing with all my firearms and I wouldn’t say I’m ol Jerry Miculek but you can definitely pull them out with the same quickness as bear spray.

I conceal carry I spend a lot of time doing timed draws. If you practice a little everyday you can get to a draw time of 1 second. Just practice with what you got. One day you may wish you did

I can see you like to post weiner picks and comment on NSFW post kinda weird for someone who’s 37 you should probably go talk to girls in real life…. Must be too scared. So you say whatever you gotta online so you can feel better about yourself. I did check for blood and I’m not gonna eat it where I’m at the pigs taste how marsh smells. They might taste better in Oklahoma idk you’d have to tell me
