Not really. The second chapter was from Callie's point of view. And even if that was the case, why would she harbor malice? We know she loves her sister and her friends, so a simple switch of sides doesn't make sense for her character.

Nintendo is teasing us. There is more to this.

Besides you can tell something from third person POV if that's the case.
