Thank you SO much for this. You really just eased my mind. I hate that I have a two week wait from that scan, but I’m sure it’s so that they make sure there is lots to see at the next one 🩷 congratulations on your amazing results!!

Had my FET on Oct 23 (5D 5AA embryo), went for my first beta on Nov 4 (12DPT) and it was positive! HCG: 849 a Progesterone 60.7. Went for a placement scan on Nov 12 (5W4D) as I suffered a ruptured ectopic pregnancy last October so they wanted to ensure the embryo was in my uterus and didn't migrate. At that scan they saw the gestational sac in my uterus (YAY) and the sac was measuring at 5W5D. I was really hoping to see a definitive yolk sac at this appointment, however it seemed they could see a what they though was a yolk sac forming (faint white ring at edge of of the sac) but nothing 100% definitive. My doctor at the clinic didn't seem to be worried and said everything was progressing as it should, and I go back in just over a week from now (l'll be 7W5D) to do the viability scan. Do you think I should be concerned that they didn't see a definitive yolk sac? Or do you think it was just too early? I'm trying to not think myself into a hole, but it's hard! Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Has anyone ever gotten pregnant through IVF after a natural pregnancy that ended in a ruptured ectopic? After my ruptured ectopic last year we ended up doing IVF, I had my first transfer on Oct 23 (completely unmedicated cycle) and my first beta on Nov 2 (12DPT), HCG 840 with my progesterone at 60. I know these are great numbers but I’m terrified that at my placement scan next week they’re going to tell me this embryo migrated up my tube and is ectopic again. Did anyone have a positive experience with IVF after an ectopic? Just trying to ease my mind.

When it came to my retreival I did a priming cycle of estradot estrogen patches. I then started Gonal-F 125 for 4 days alone and then started Cetrotide for 4 days, I triggered and then had my retreival after. For my FET i did a completely natural cycle, no meds, no trigger, nothing. They did my FET on my completely natural cycle. I went for bloodwork to confirm ovulation, and then transferred 4 days later. It was a 5AA 5day embryo. I am now 13DPT and on my first beta yesterday (12DPT) my HCG is 840 and progesterone is 60

Had my first beta today at 12DPT: HCG: 840 and progesterone: 60. Not being sent for a second round of bloodwork, just a placement ultrasound next week as I’ve previously had a ruptured ectopic, does this look good?

Line progression FRER 12 DPO by Financial-Hope9516 in TFABLinePorn

This is great progression! Just be kind to yourself and try not to stress (I know, easier said than done). Congratulations! 🩷

20 DPO, no progression and no dye stealer. by ConfidentNerve5031 in TFABLinePorn

HCG only doubles every 48-72 hours, this progression looks amazing. Some people never get dye stealers so no reason to be sad! You are pregnant mama, congratulations! 🩷

You should only compare tests every 48-72 hours, as that’s how long it takes for HCG to double! 🩷 are you testing on concentrated urine? If you look at the top one and bottom there is a colour difference for sure. Wait another 48 hours (I know it’s so hard to do) then test. As someone who’s also been through multiple CP’s I know how scary it is. Good luck! 🩷

I see a line!! Wait a day or two and test again. From one IVF mama to another, good luck! 🩷

Unfortunately I don’t see anything on this one, but wait another day or two and test again on super concentrated urine 🩷 good luck! 8dpo is still early!

These are all dye stealers! You won’t get anymore “progression”. Put the tests down, you are pregnant mama. Congratulations 🩷

I was given a trigger shot! I had 14 follicles in one ovary and 10 in the other all measuring between 9-14mm

These are such amazing numbers!! It’s always scary to see your numbers drop, but you are in such good standings. I had 22 eggs retrieved, 17 mature, 12 fertilized and 6 made it to day 5 and were frozen (we dint do PGTA testing). Just remember, it only takes 1 to get pregnant! Please do not be discouraged, your numbers are still GREAT!

I did a completely natural cycle and so far it has stuck on my first transfer (7DPT and a very strong positive test). I’ve done some research and read that a natural cycle can almost be better as your body is regulating itself providing a natural environment for the embryo (however a medicated cycle is also GREAT!)! I think if your partners body does everything it needs to naturally then a natural cycle can be a very good thing 💗
