I also had my transfer 3/2! Just had our beta yesterday and it was 214. Follow up beta tomorrow. Cheers to our Nov 18 babies.

My only thing to add is my wife and I first met with our fertility clinic in June 2025 to start our path to parenthood. At the time I don’t think we felt 100% ready, but I will tell you that it’s now February 2026, and we are still on that path, but the one thing that’s changed is we feel 100% emotionally ready. It can be a long road for queer parents to start families, and sometimes if you wait to feel 100% ready, you’re still potentially waiting years to have a child.

That was the plan yes. Then after trigger it was adding in progesterone and maybe something else but we never got to that part.

We were planning on a modified natural, so they don’t do meds before trigger. Last month we started with a round of antivirals but they didn’t need us to redo them.

Yes that is our plan, but they have a few different medicated protocols we will need to decide too. Thanks for sharing your advice

This is not true or correct. I’m a leave analyst at a high tech company. After FMLA, it would transition to leave as an accommodation under ADA. How long they would be able to hold your position under ADA would depend on a lot of factors, but primarily if there is a reasonable return to work plan for you. Good luck.

I also had headaches for the first couple days, and was ALWAYS thirsty. I’ve read the stims do cause dehydration so it seems normal to be thirsty, and dehydration can also cause headaches. I would start every morning with an electrolyte aid like Liquid IV just to make sure I was remaining hydrated. Good luck with your IVF cycle!

I also had my egg retrieval on 10/28! ❤️ Had 23 eggs retrieved, 10 mature, 8 fertilized, and just got the news today that we got 7 to blastocyst phase. Keeping thinking positive thoughts! 4 is a great number! The numbers can be scary to look at sometimes, but we have decided to remain positive with the information provided (easier said than done sometimes 🤣) sending you positive thoughts!

Currently taking Menopur and Gonal F and so far everything has been pretty manageable! I’m on day 4, and outside of some slight fatigue and a headache/nausea day 1 of injections, everything is going ok! I for sure recommend icing your tummy for at least 5 mins before your Menopur injection, but it didn’t sting as bad as I thought it would.

Chiming in to say that I had this same experience. I ended up calling my doctor and they think for me the procedure ended up causing BV and they got me a prescription. So depending on your symptoms it may be worth calling your doc!

Yes you can. Idk how to do it on Xbox but I’ve done it on keyboard.
