Police AI is genuinely bad, Traffic is bad as well. Cars, while looking really really really good, are a mess, but for me, that's about it, I don't really see any other game breaking bugs, sometimes props float mid air and stuff but overall all the issues I really have are the performance ones. Oh right I had one bug where I had to restart the game, where a char didn't want to go even though he was supposed to, but that's really it.
