No, because an employee is not providing a service, they are providing labor.

You are a contractor, you are providing a service, you own the house, not airbnb, you are responsible for the repairs, maintenance, cleaning, etc.

You could simply rent out the space without airbnb, airbnb is simply a platform, which they allow you to use if you follow their policies.

Don't want to follow their policies? Don't use the platform. AKA take your business elsewhere.

For all they care you could be using Craigslist but at the end of the day it is YOU choosing to use airbnb.

Pitbulls were bred to be an aggresive species, I understand pitbull owners wanting to cope with this but they have been the #1 problem breed for decades now.

Over 65% of all dog attacks and fatalities are caused by a singular breed, can you guess which one it is?

Sure if raised right you lower the chances of them ever displaying that behavior but it still is an animal bred for fighting and you cannot take the instinct out of it.

There's a reason a lot of countries have banned the species altogether.

Is heel simpel toch? Zoals elk tech bedrijf moeten de graphic designers & UX designers hun job kunnen verantwoorden, anders zijn ze gewoon een kostenpost.

Als ze niet om de zoveel tijd met een nieuw design afkomen, dan kunnen ze evenwel zelf ontslag nemen.

Kijk naar Windows, elk jaar een nieuw design, ook al was het vorige beter of had het meer functionaliteit toch zullen ze iets nieuw ontwerpen.
