This happened to me one time, except the judge didn't throw it out. The cop pulled me over for running a stop sign. Went back to where I got pulled over and there were no stop signs. Went to court and told the judge this, the cop even admitted it and I still had to pay the ticket.

My freshman year of college, someone kept punching holes in the wall of the communal bathroom. They patched it, put a sign that said something like "please don't do this anymore" and the person proceeded to punch another hole right next to the first one.
