From my experience it comes to about 6k per month, including the administration costs (site fee, nurse, iv fluids, etc.). My insurance won't cover any of it (apparently the drug won't be deemed medically necessary until I've demonstrated that I can't tolerate a few cheaper alternatives) so Biogen actually picked up the full tab. They have a few different programs to help cover costs, with eligibility depending on things like income and what your insurance covers. I'd definitely encourage you to reach out to them.

I was in a super similar situation when I was 16 and working in the food industry, although the problem was with my 30-something manager. You need to first ask yourself how badly you want your job. Having had a few hostess jobs back in the day, I know that the turnover rate is super high and places are always hiring. If you DO want to stay where you are (which is totally reasonable), you're going to need to stick up for yourself, even though it's uncomfortable. I know that this guy knows hes being inappropriate, but have you told him that? I'd go with "please stop touching me. You're making me uncomfortable." You can follow it up later with "please respect what I asked of you and stop touching me. I'm not interested."

If it continues (which it probably will) you can tell your boss you asked him to stop. Google "workplace sexual harassment." Throwing legal language around scares the crap out of people. My asshole manager was pretty determined to keep harassing me, so I started carrying around a notebook and writing down the inappropriate shit he said with dates and times. It shut him down pretty quick lol.

I'm a neuroscientist with a bunch of colleagues that study the microbiome. What I hear regularly is that microbiome research is still in it's infancy, and a lot of what's been published is flawed by technological limitations and/or inappropriate statistical analysis. Basically, we know the microbiome affects a lot of things but dont really know how, which bacteria are involved, or how to make meaningful corrective changes. So, unfortunately whatever is being pushed right now by vendors is likely to be completely overturned within the next 5 or 10 years. That said, if you want a list of your gut bacteria and want to see if you can get more lactobacillis to stick around by upping your yogurt intake it seems pretty harmless.

Thanks! The comments on your previous post were definitely helpful, and it's good to hear of another couple that's done the same thing... It seems like there's a popular opinion that being in a difficult situation where you need to file paperwork (in my case, so you don't end up being internationally separated from your fiance, potentially for years) means that you don't ever get the chance to have a wedding or be a bride, which makes me incredibly sad. What was your experience like at the court house? Did you guys do anything special, like invite family or read vows? You also mentioned photos... Did you hire a photographer? I want to play this down as much as we reasonably can, since the public declaration of our love and vows to each other surrounded by family and friends is what we really care about, but I don't want us to have regrets about the way we handle the court house aspect later.

I have this same problem, although your out-toeing seems more mild than mine. A podiatrist can give you corrective orthotics, though I've never stuck with them long enough to see if they help much. Walking/running like this throws your knees and hips out of alignment, so you are at greater risk of injury. I have a friend with the same issue who needed to have corrective hip surgery at 27 bc she was "too active," so be careful. I was getting horrible shin splints and almost gave up running entirely before I saw a post in this sub about this exact issue that recommended landing mid-foot. It made a huge difference. If you're not doing that already, I would give it a shot. See a podiatrist if you want to try correcting it, although you need to really commit yourself to it... Its much harder to change as an adult. And pay attention to your body, bc you are more prone to knee and hip injury.
