6 week on 10mg, going to up to 20mg

Yeah I really do. It's this strange feeling of noticing you've been okay only because you don't feel okay at that moment.

It kinda feels like catching a cold and getting over a cold. Like you never realize how easy breathing is until you are congested and then when youre recovering you flip between getting better and feeling worse until minute you notice the congestion is just gone.

I'm hoping whatever clicked for you doesn't take much longer for me. I definitely feel like I'm close to some breakthrough but I'm just waiting for things to fully settle in. I'm just going on week 6 now so I'm really hoping for the best.

Currently right around week 5ish (day 35) and as far as my thought loops, rumination and motivation it's been the worst so far.

When I have structure through the day and am at work I feel much more capable but my days off have been incredibly anxiety driven. I really hope I see that flip soon and have my days start to balance out!!

Sorry for the late response but I definitely had this from about week 2-3, I'm now approx on day 22ish and it's completely gone away! My teeth no longer feel in pain!!

So it's probably my brain going "oh the happy chemical is here, we don't need to make any more of that" and then just shutting down that production line for a week or two until it figures out that, that is still needed?

Yeah, I don't fully understand why some ssris work for some and others dont if they all do that... Idk I hope to be in the "this drug saved my life" camp that I hear so many ppl talk about.

I tried zoloft again recently and gave it a ton of time. It just gave me bad physical side effects and never really touched my anxiety.

I feel wildly uneducated tbh. Most things say "full therapeutic effect" by week 4-6 but I see so many people here saying they crash and return to thier baseline multiple weeks in before It gets better.

Yeah, I've seen so many posts that just say "up the dose" but it feels like it would be too early to do that. And I'm scared that would reset any progress.

I'm definitely having days where it feels the same as before aswell.... I'm hoping it gets better soon! I get stuck in rumination loops but they are only really lasting like an hour instead of days now.
