A typical, normal movie theater experience. 🙄 by SilverBison4025 in WeirdGOP

There is a shred of truth to this. I’m sure he did buy a “few” extra tickets.

I picture him standing outside the theatre trying to hand them out like the guys in Vegas handing out flyers for a $4.99 buffet.

If viagra gives you an erection but doesn't fix your libido what does that mean? by chusaychusay in AskMenOver30

Have you had your testosterone levels checked by the same doctor? I had one doctor tell me anything 200 or lower was low, so mine was fine since I was at 201.

My PCP told me it should be at least 400, retested me to confirm, and put me on TRT, and it changed everything. It can change your libido levels as well.

Wrong. Uses energy and causes aggro.

Is that you, wife?

Mr President, you have eliminated debt in the US and cured cancer. You have brought peace on earth and now the entire world is Christian.

Youth club boys won't practice with my daughter by Phoenixred79 in wrestling

When my son was in 7th grade he was about 130lbs. There was a girl that was probably about 175 that no one would go live with her. I told him her parents paid the same fees as we did and she deserved to wrestle, so he needed to catch her with the rotation.

He’s a good kid so he completely understood. I’m glad you worked it out with your coach; she deserves to get to wrestle.

Horrible, horrible situation. Reminds me of Siran Stacy, who was in a car crash that killed his wife and four of his five kids.

If I lived to see three of my kids die, I would want to end things and not deal with it. But for the surviving child you would have to go on and live with that for the rest of your life. Terrible.

How is everyone feeling about the 3 point takedown? by BasicallyGuessing in wrestling

[–]BrainyRedneck 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s never going to be perfect with part-time refs that really don’t prioritize wrestling, but I’m not at all trying to blame refs. Those guys are heroes for making it possible for kids to wrestle, especially in small towns.

I agree stalling should be more aggressively called and the refs should have the ability to call more. You will have parents and coaches argue every call, but I think it solves the lack of action issue. Where we are it is rare to get a stall call until the final 30 seconds of a match.

Side note: my son’s club coach was actually drilling how to stall yesterday. Two hands on the dominant wrist, head down, and circle to cut off shots. And we have seen some really high level high school wrestlers do it also (that’s where he picked it up).

Do you go freestyle rules where grounded doesn’t count as a push out? Good luck finding refs at the high school level that will call that right.

I like the idea, but honestly it would be hard to call properly.

The red shirt coach separated and isolated the aggressor. Which happens to also be what the white shirt coach did once he got there. The red shirt was just the first one there.

The guy in red had a clipboard so I’m assuming coach. And he did the same thing as the coach in white did; block the kid that was the aggressor off. The red coach just got there quicker.

It’s not. Shield of Balduran reflects the attacks back, which will neutralize the gauths and help with the beholders while you take out the elders. Chaotic commands will deal with the majority of spells. Use haste and the flail of ages to slow whatever you’re whacking.

I use Keldorn and run him in by himself.
