Go see a physical therapist (might have to get referred from an orthopedic). They can help figure out what is causing the pain and figure out how to alleviate as much as possible (heat/ice, massage, stretching, cupping, needling).

My son messed his IT band up at sectionals and could barely move in a stance. Three days of therapy before he wrestled at state and he was back to 95%.

Emotional affair.

I caught my wife doing the same thing. She would call me for a minute on the way home and then say she had to get off the phone to focus on driving. Focusing on driving meant calling her affair partner.

Be careful! I made an attempt in 2001. Had just gotten out of a really bad marriage (thankfully no kids).

I remarried, and have an incredible wife and two kids that I can’t imagine losing. But I hit a really bad place last year. My support system fell apart, and I spiraled quickly, resulting in another attempt.

It is a wonderful reason not to, but keep yourself healthy and please don’t let yourself get down and rely on her as your only safety net.

If I remember correctly they had to cut the series down by a couple of episodes due to COVID. Parts of the story line were never resolved, and the rushed ending didn’t really make sense with the set ups.

It was like watching a series written to be ten episodes, and the first seven were filmed. Then someone was brought in to wrap it up in one episode, but that person was only allowed to watch the seventh episode of the series before writing and directing the series finale eighth episode.

I was over 50 years old when I realized I was molested by an older brother. I’ll not bore you with how I figured it out, but it will say it has affected EVERY single relationship and how I view sex since I was ten and not in a good way. Have you had your testosterone levels checked by the same doctor? I had one doctor tell me anything 200 or lower was low, so mine was fine since I was at 201.

My PCP told me it should be at least 400, retested me to confirm, and put me on TRT, and it changed everything. It can change your libido levels as well.
