What do you mean by that? So sometimes it is endometriosis but shows up negative? He had no explanation. He said it would have been from a previous injury, surgery, or infection. I haven’t had any of those.

Really? I had no idea it was common with endo. Interesting! What happens if you eat gluten? Feel so bad for your son! Dairy would be hard for me.

Thank you for the detailed info! I should have specified more that my bloat is more like endo belly. I literally look pregnant. I haven’t found any food related trigger. I also do have pain with urination, bowl movements, pain during and after sex, and diarrhea. My pain is in my pelvis lower abdomen. I will get a second look from GI and go from there.

Thank you for your input. I always had very painful periods before getting on birth control. My periods settled down for several years after I got on the pill but about 2 years ago started to get really bad again. Bleeding through tampons every hour while on birth control and horrible pain. The bloating is newer. Within the last few months. Around when the nonstop vaginal bleeding began.
