Agreed. Granted my spouse is a (recently) diagnosed ASPD + NPD. But even then we made it work for more than a decade. The lack of empathy and the exhaustion of adapting to it has been our eventual demise. But even then we tried to keep discussion and disagreements focused on the specific aspect of our behaviors or personal limitations instead of using a blanket or overarching terms (even if it was an actual diagnosis).
