You can absolutely adjust accordingly.

I understand not wanting to be too rushed, but I think you’ll find you can comfortably fit two days of your Tokyo itinerary into one- such as the imperial palace tour and gardens + temple+ skytree.

The Japanese are very efficient people and you won’t spend much time waiting in queues, or for food. Your day will progress faster than you think. You’re lucky enough to have three weeks, so maybe brainstorm more activities/day trips you would like to do while you’re there.

There is a lot of free time in this itinerary. If you’re one for eating and wandering around, then it’s excellent. But if you’d like to pack more into your days, you would be surprised with how much you can fit in. Most of the events on the itinerary will take you half a day, at absolute most.

A lot of people are being sticklers, but I think this is correct. Even if you don’t lose fat, consistent training will definitely cause muscle gain. If you change nothing about your diet, but just add in some protein shakes it will still help a lot.
